techniques, but she focuses on patient education for healthy
lifestyles as well. Dr. Carrie is able to treat the young and

effective.

dictates function. Imbalanced posture and body alignment can lead to
pain, nervous system irritation and early arthritic changes in the
spine and the joints of the body.
When not
practicing or studying, Dr. Carrie can be seen hiking or kayaking
with her husband Adam. They enjoy exploring the peninsula to the
sage deserts here in Washington.

has been practicing Chiropractic in the Seattle area for over 5
years. Due to her knowledge and interest of the human body, she is
well versed at treating her patient's needs and is studying to
become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
In her free
time, she enjoys getting outside and enjoying the beautiful Puget
Sound and surrounding mountains. She is an avid hiker, runner,
tennis player and loves to ski. Dr. Stiver is an alumnus of the
Sigma Kappa Sorority, and is an active mentor to the Sigma Kappa's

Dr. Rachel Catini
received her Bachelor of Sciences, in 2002 from Winona State
University, in Winona, Minnesota. At Winona State she focused her
studies on allied health sciences. Dr. Rachel was first interested
in chiropractic in her third year of her undergraduate degree. She
loved the idea of helping people with a hands holistic approach.
Chiropractic is a wonderful way to enhance the body's natural
ability to heal and perform. In 2006, she received her Doctorate of
Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University, in
Bloomington, Minnesota. At Northwestern Health Sciences University
she received special training in various adjusting styles from
traditional diversified methods to low force techniques such as the
torque release method and cranial sacral therapy. She has received
integral maternity and pediatric certification from the
International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Dr. Rachel
is also certified in the Webster technique.
Dr. Catini
treats the individual as a whole being, not just a series of
symptoms and conditions. She lives in West Seattle and enjoys
spending time with her family. She enjoys running, camping, skiing,
knitting, reading, and loves going into the community and meeting
new people. The Pacific Northwest is a wonderful place to live, so
she tries to explore it every chance she gets.
